Context

A sports club prefers to see its members walking around in their own club clothing. To achieve this, a club needs a nice club shop, so that club members can clearly see what options they have. Clubwereld is the software supplier for online club shops. The club shop is personalized for each sports club and with the choice of three different packages, each club can decide for themselves what they want to do with the club shop.

Clubwereld's club shops are clear and easy to use. The club shop is initially set up and furnished by Clubwereld. From the moment it is live, the customer has the option and responsibility to keep it up to date. This can be done on the basis of instruction videos and explanations from Clubwereld.

Client Requirements

Clubwered's client wanted to develop an independent platform where club members can order their club clothing online and possibly have it personalized with printing. The order arrives at the retailer and will be prepared for dispatch as soon as possible. The retailer decides for himself which shipping options can be selected. The club member will be informed of the status of the order via automatically generated e-mails. This entire process is automated, including financial settlement.

Technology Used

The website is developed using PHP/Symfony Framework 2.7, MYSQL and Angular JS, REST API. Integration with MultiSafepay was done for payment processing.

For the financial settlement Clubwereld has a cooperation agreement with payment organization MultiSafepay. A reliable party that facilitates online payment methods so that club members can pay for their order immediately.
