Nettilab's owners wanted to design a software where they can allow their customers to have a pre-booking for their lab tests. They wanted the bookings to be made via desktop as well as mobile devices.

Vaasa Central labs are at multiple locations across Finland and hence the requirement was to create a centralized location from where their support or help centre can book an appointment on the call. The requirement was to book the location that is nearest to the user based on the details entered by them at the time of booking.

They wanted a dashboard from where their internal staff can view and manage bookings of the logged users for all the locations.

• Multilingual content for users (Finnish and Swedish)
• Users can manage their own booking and information
• Feature to send reminder messages to users before 24 hours of appointment.
• Special feature for admin to add or delete users
• Admin can manage location, type of tests, Contact information and permission for internal users.
• Special feature of booking an appointment for user on any location by the support call centre
• Special permissions for internal staff to manage logged in user bookings
• Internal users can manage all the customers and generate their report
• Special dashboard for admin to view the number of bookings, pickup time and available slots.
• Generating individual reports for each and every location
• Feature to generate report in PDF or CSV format
